I believe that dance is for everyone and have led over a thousand group dance experiences both in person and online since 2016.

Groove for Adults
Groove is a dynamically interactive and creative group dance experience. With great music, your facilitator will UNITE everyone in a simple movement or rhythm but you get to dance it in your own UNIQUE way.
While exploring a variety of styles and genres, you will experience everything from slow delicious meditative grooves to heart thumping and strength building cardio beats. The perfect recipe to nurture your body, mind, heart and soul.
A Groove class begins with a gentle warm up. You will then get your heart rate up, build strength, and dance your heart out to awesome music, ending with a yummy cool down and stillness. We use the entire space: the floors, the walls, and even each other to create a mind-blowing dance party. There is no complicated choreography. Simplicity is key.
The Groove philosophy and its central truths are used in every experience but expect fresh and diverse energy, music, and inspiration – as every facilitator brings their own flare.
The magic of the Groove experience is the amazing energy felt when we UNITE in a common movement or rhythm but everyone gets to be themselves Grooving in their own UNIQUE way – you’ll feel the good vibes with your tribe!
Groove FIT
Groove FIT is a FUNctionally integrated fitness experience. Not only do you get to Dance Your Heart Out in the way that best suits your body and soul, you get to enhance every area of fitness you can possibly think of.
Groove FIT classes incorporate cardio, strength, endurance, coordination, balance, agility and flexibility for a well-rounded workout. UNIQUE to the Groove experience, we’re going to pump-up your creativity muscles too!
A Groove FIT class begins with a gentle warm up then you’ll get your heart rate up and build strength to amazing music, finishing with a restorative cool down and time for stillness. The most well-rounded workout.

Groove for Kids
Groove is a simple, amazingly fun and interactive group dance experience. It’s the place where you get to dance YOUR WAY, be YOU and explore your creativity to all sorts of inspiring music from around the world. Groove is perfect for getting kids and teens moving, interacting and feeling great! Best part, you can’t get it wrong!

Groove for Families
In Family Groove classes, we focus on music and movements that encourage imagination, play and creative self-expression. Family Groove classes are a super fun way to nurture and deepen connections between family members and build trust. The whole family – members of all ages can experience the benefits of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.
Groove for Seniors - Young at Heart
The Young At Heart (YAH) program is a modified Groove experience catered to suit the needs of older adults.
Designed by former NYC Broadway Stars, Yvonne & Roger Puckett, this unique Groove class focuses on building body awareness, mobility and strength while nurturing interpersonal skills and creativity through a mostly seated experience.
A Groove YAH class begins with a gentle warm up to prepare the body for more dynamic movement, then you’ll get your heart rate up, build strength, and dance your heart out to awesome music, ending with a restorative cool down and stillness.
We start with seated movement, then move on to standing where we use the entire space: the floors, the walls and chairs and interact with each other throughout the class.
Participants often report feeling energized, uplifted, stronger and an overall sense of happiness after attending a YAH class.
